Eltana bagels are unique — each hand-rolled bagel has a hole and a soul. Our distinct wood-fired style bagels are hand-rolled using Shepherds' Grain flour and other high quality ingredients. Next, we boil them in honey water, seed them on both sides, and finally bake them in our 10,000 pound wood-seasoned oven.

We also offer a variety of house-made spreads including plain cream cheese, fig cherry compote, almond butter, za'atar scallion, spicy garlic, lox spread, honey almond, and many more!

This was a happen stance, need for a bagel 🥯 sandwich. That turned into the finding of one of my new favorite places in Seattle! The food was Amazing 🤩, the space is Great and the coffee was delicious! I will be back to try many more Great looking sandwiches.

The bagels are spectacular! They have rotating spreads such as olive and herbs, a variety of wood fired bagels and great sandwich options. The cafe itself has lovely windows. Perfect spot to study or have breakfast at.

A hidden gem, just off East Pine on 12th Ave. in Capitol Hill, Eltana's has it all: great regular, unusual and GLUTEN-FREE bagels, dairy and DAIRY-FREE shmears, and more, including hot and cold beverages. The bagels are good, but the honey almond cream cheese makes them 10 times better. The one problem I have is that it can be a different experience each time, as in the bagels are sometime seem like they were cooked to long. Usually it’s a good experience though.
