Eltana bagels are unique -- each hand-rolled bagel has a hole and a soul. Our distinct wood-fired style bagels are hand-rolled using Shepherds' Grain flour and other high quality ingredients. Next, we boil them in honey water, seed them on both sides, and finally bake them in our 10,000 pound wood-seasoned oven.
